In the hydraulic system of a roll forming machine, due to the instability of the flow into or out of the actuators (hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors), intermittent flow interruption occurs, which makes the movement of the execution machinery produce slip and stop alternately. It is called crawling phenomenon. The main reasons and corresponding measures for this phenomenon are as follows:
1) There is air intrusion in the cylinder. An exhaust device should be added, or the hydraulic cylinder should be moved quickly with a large stroke to forcibly exhaust air.
2) Poor lubrication between the surfaces of the moving parts, resulting in dry friction or semi-friction, which can also easily lead to crawling. Therefore, when using the equipment, we should always check the lubrication conditions between the surfaces of the relatively moving parts to keep them in good condition.
3) The sealing ring at the end cover of the hydraulic cylinder of the color steel tile press is too tight or too loose. The sealing ring should be adjusted to have proper tightness to ensure that the piston rod can be pulled back and forth smoothly by hand without leakage.
4) Crawling caused by serious leakage of hydraulic cylinder. Should reduce the leakage loss, or increase the hydraulic pump capacity.
5) Due to the load change during the working process, the system oil supply fluctuates, causing the working parts to crawl. Attention should be paid to selecting a speed control valve that maintains stable performance at a small flow rate, and try not to use a hose connection between the hydraulic cylinder and the speed control valve, otherwise the hose will deform greatly and easily cause crawling.
6) The installation position of the hydraulic cylinder of the color steel tile press is offset. The parallelism between the hydraulic cylinder and the guide rail should be checked and corrected.
2. Elimination method of noise and vibration phenomenon of hydraulic system of roll forming machine
1) Noise and vibration in the pump of the hydraulic system of the roll forming machine cause resonance in the pipeline and oil tank. The oil inlet and outlet of the pump should be connected with hoses and the pump should not be installed on the oil tank. The motor and pump should be installed on the base separately and separated from the oil tank to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor. It is better to plug under the base of the pump and the oil tank. Into anti-vibration materials.
2) System resonance caused by hydraulic valve spring. It can be eliminated by changing the installation position of the spring, the stiffness of the spring, changing the overflow valve to an external oil drain form, using a remote control overflow valve to discharge the air in the circuit, and changing the length, thickness, material, and thickness of the pipeline. malfunction.
3) Air intrusion into the hydraulic system of the color steel tile press is the main cause of noise. Because when the hydraulic system invades the air, its volume is larger in the low-pressure area. When it flows into the high-pressure area, it is compressed and suddenly reduced in volume. When it flows into the low-pressure area, the volume suddenly increases. This sudden change in bubble volume produces The phenomenon of "explosion", which generates noise, is usually called "cavitation". Three, the phenomenon of abnormal pressure of the hydraulic pump of the roll forming machine and its elimination method
1) As the hydraulic oil pump of the roll forming equipment works for a long time, the pump cover screws are loosened, and the oil pressure cannot be increased. At this time, the screws can be tightened appropriately.
2) The oil pressure cannot rise due to air leakage in the suction pipe. All connections should be checked and sealed and tightened.
3) The oil pressure cannot rise due to a leak in the system, the hydraulic system of the color steel tile press should be checked to repair the leak.
4. Leakage of hydraulic cylinder of roll forming machine and its elimination method
1) The seal is damaged and deformed, causing the hydraulic cylinder of the color steel tile press to leak. If the seal is compressed and deformed, the apron should be replaced. For seal failure caused by high temperature, the root cause of high temperature should be eliminated while replacing the rubber ring. When repairing the damage of the apron ring caused by the excessive matching gap of the parts, the apron ring cannot be simply replaced. The replacement method should be used to improve the matching gap of the parts to prevent repeated damage to the seal.
2) The piston rubber ring is worn out and fractured, causing internal leakage. The hydraulic system of the color steel tile press should check the cleanliness of the oil to prevent the abrasion after changing the rubber ring. Check whether the pressure is too high when the rubber ring is broken. The pressure should be adjusted to within the rated pressure. The piston and cylinder Excessive coordination causes internal leakage, which cannot be repaired and should be returned to the factory.
3) The retaining ring is broken, causing the sealing rubber ring to be broken. The retaining ring on the piston is easy to cut during assembly. Once cut, it will affect the service life of the rubber ring and cause internal leakage. It is recommended to use special tools to prevent cutting.
5. Insufficient flow in hydraulic system of roll forming equipment
1) When the flow of the hydraulic pump of the color steel tile equipment is insufficient, and the flow in the system is insufficient, check whether the hydraulic pump parts are damaged, and replace or repair the damaged out-of-tolerance parts in time; if the color steel glazed tile is affected by air inhalation in the pump For the flow rate of the hydraulic pump of the equipment, measures must be taken to prevent air inhalation. The variable pump should be disassembled, cleaned or repaired and replaced due to the poor work of the variable mechanism affecting the flow of the pump.
2) When the pressure distribution valve is not working well and the flow is insufficient, it should be repaired or replaced.
3) When the flow rate is affected by the improper oil viscosity, change the oil with appropriate viscosity and pay attention to the influence of oil temperature on viscosity.
4) When the overflow valve works badly and affects the flow, measures should be taken to make it work normally.
5) When the flow is insufficient due to serious leakage of hydraulic cylinders, valves and other components of the color steel tile equipment, corresponding measures should be taken for different situations.
6) When the adjustment mechanism of the flow control valve is not working properly, it should be repaired or renewed according to the damage of the parts, or disassembled and cleaned, so that the adjustment mechanism can move flexibly and work normally.
