The roll forming machine is mainly composed of a PLC computer control system, a hydraulic pumping station system, a fully automatic shearing system and a roll forming system.
In the use of roll forming machine, the problem of deviation of the tile machine is often encountered. In fact, this problem is well solved. Firstly, the horizontal state of the device is confirmed. In the horizontal state, there is generally no deviation. If the tile is found to be biased First, confirm that there is a deviation in the first row. Then you should adjust the two sides of the shaft to the level, so that you can solve the problem that the pressure is not level.
The roll forming machine needs to be used according to the regulations in daily use, and it is not free to operate. Otherwise, problems may occur. Here is a brief introduction to the use procedure of the roll forming machine:
1. The roll forming machine needs to use the power supply during use. It is forbidden to work in the case where the electrician in the workshop is not familiar with the performance of the electrical circuit and electrical equipment, so as to avoid damage to the electrical equipment on the roll forming machine.
2. The electrician should regularly check the condition of electrical equipment such as cables, motors, and electric planes. If problems arise, they should be resolved in time.
3. Except for temporary construction and normal construction, it is not allowed to lap temporary lines, instrument tools, electric welders, etc. on the roll forming machine to avoid temporary situations.
4. When it is found that the conductive part of the roll forming machine is grounded and no one is allowed to approach, all power sources should be cut off immediately to deal with leakage.
5. When there is a problem with the equipment and need to be repaired, firstly, the switch and the knife must be pulled down, and the warning sign of “no closing” should be hung to ensure that there will be no accidents during the maintenance.
