Maintenance of the hydraulic part of the laminating machine equipment:
First, the hydraulic oil circuit of the composite board machine
1. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, check the oil level. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, fill the hydraulic oil.
2. The system oil temperature should be between 35 ℃ ～ 60 ℃, and must not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration of oil quality and accessories.
3. The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISOHM46 or MOBILDTE25;
4. The new machine should be changed after 2000 hours of work, after every 4000 ~ 6000 hours of work, the oil should be changed, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;
Second, the composite plate machine filter
1. Each time the oil is changed, the filter should be changed or thoroughly cleaned;
2. The machine tool has related alarms or other filters are not clean, such as other filters, should be replaced;
3.The air filter on the fuel tank is inspected and cleaned every 3 months and replaced every 1 year.
Third, the hydraulic components of the composite board machine
1. Clean the hydraulic components (substrates, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.) monthly to prevent dirt from entering the system and do not use cleaners;
2. After using the new machine for one month, check whether there are any deformations in the bends of the oil pipes. If there is any abnormality, replace them. After two months of use, fasten the connections of all accessories. When performing this work, shut down the system. pressure.
