Structure

Lifting Platform includes 3 parts:  Mechanics, Hydraulic,Electrical.

Function

The mechanics part is composed of the upper part and thelower part.

The upper part changes the angle through the big arm, the forearm and the rotating support to make the roll forming machine reach the appropriate roofing output position.

The lower part is mainly to stabilize support and fix the upper part.

The hydraulic part is composed of the upper part and the lower part.

The lower part is controlled by the getting-off multi-way valve to extend or retract the four outriggers, and the multi-way valve is implemented manually.

The upper part is controlled by solenoid valves to control the main boom, the forearm, telescopic, hoisting, rotation, and roofing machine cutting.

The electrical part mainly controls the circuit of equipment, the actions of various parts of the lifter and roll forming machine.

Electrical control has two functions: manual control and remote control.
